Membership Agreement
By signing up to JB GYM, you agree to these terms & condition. This agreement is legally binding.
Payment

All memberships are paid via Direct Debit.

Payments are charged on a recurring basis (weekly or monthly as selected at signup).

You agree to keep sufficient funds available to cover payments.
Failed Payment

Any failed or missed payment will incur a $10.00 fee.

Continued missed payments may result in suspension of gym access.
Access
-
Members will receive an E-lock access link/key after completing signup.
-
Access is for personal use only and must not be shared.

JB GYM reserves the right to revoke access for misuse.
Cancellation
-
Memberships are ongoing (month-to-month) until cancelled.

To cancel, you must email JB GYM with your request.

Cancellation will take effect after confirmation by JB GYM.
Early Cancellation

An early termination fee of $100.00 applies if you cancel before completing any agreed minimum term (if applicable).
Suspension & Termination

JB GYM may suspend or cancel memberships due to:

Non-payment

Breach of gym rules
-
Misuse of facilities
Health & Safety

You agree to use all equipment at your own risk.

JB GYM is not liable for injuries sustained while using the gym, except where required by law.
